At Prechy Hairs, we take pride in the quality of our hair extensions and handcrafted braided wigs. Because our products are hygiene-sensitive, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our brand.
1. Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. * Wigs: Lace must be uncut, and the unit must not have been styled, glued, or washed.
- Extensions: Bundles must remain in their original ties/packaging.
- Hygiene: For sanitary reasons, if the hair has been installed or manipulated, it is no longer eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Custom-colored or custom-ordered units.
- Wig caps, edge bands, or hair care liquids (serums, adhesives) that have been opened.
- Gift cards.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a clearance or flash sale are final sale.
4. The Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at {email address} before sending your item back.
Inspection & Approval Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the hair.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at {email address}.
6. Shipping Your Return

- Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Protection: If you are shipping items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
